Who are we?

Corndel is a rapidly-growing education business, which is disrupting and transforming the way organisations develop their people.
We work with some of the UK’s largest, most exciting and innovative organisations, helping them pursue their strategic objectives by upskilling their employees.
Our people
The quality of our programmes rests entirely on the quality of our people. Corndel recruits exceptional individuals to lead our training and coaching programmes and to manage our key accounts.
What to expect
We promise a fun, entrepreneurial and supportive environment, fulfilling work, and an open, informal culture. We are also extremely flexible with options to work part-time or from home.
Who are you?
We are always looking for people who are enthusiastic, committed self-starters who are seeking a new professional challenge. If this is you, please get in touch.

Ideas that shape Corndel

  • A situational approach to problems - putting the wellbeing of people first, rather than a love of principles
  • Micro-learning - small learning units and short-term learning activities
  • Flipped learning - students complete readings at their home and work on live problem-solving during class time
  • Experts taught to be teachers not teachers taught to be experts. We employ vocational experts and teach them to teach rather than the other way around
  • Orthopraxis over orthodoxy. Doing the right things is more important than believing the right things
  • 10,000 hours – deliberate practice not genius. This applies both internally and how we train. Practise intensely, study with devoted teachers and support enthusiastically

We value

We are inclusive, supportive and respectful
We are agile and progressive, with a growth mindset
We deliver excellence and have high expectations
We are empowered to operate with integrity, trust and professionalism

Regular social catch-ups - online and face-to-face
Workcations (when permitted)
Virtual coffee mornings

Diversity and inclusion

As part of our commitment to create an inclusive workplace where all colleagues can be their true selves, excel in their roles and progress in their careers, we recognise the importance of embracing the diversity in the working population and making Corndel fully accessible employer.
