Without skillful coordination and management, important projects can overrun, go over budget, or fail altogether. Capable, professionally trained project managers are a vital corporate resource to provide organisational control and assurance.
The Corndel Diploma in Project Management develops the technical skills and professional behaviours needed to manage projects effectively in different delivery environments.
Incorporating the Association for Project Management’s Project Management Qualification (PMQ), the programme blends training workshops, one-to-one tuition and guided self-learning to develop outstanding project managers.
Participants will complete the industry benchmark Association for Project Management’s (APM) Level 4 Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
Curriculum delivered through workshops, one-to-ones, and guided self-learning
Each project manager is paired with a Professional Development Expert (PDE) coach to develop professional behaviours alongside technical skills
Award-winning delivery model
Who is the programme for?
This Levy-funded programme is designed for people working on projects, in Project Management roles, or on a path to becoming a Project Manager and Leader. A learner’s current role must contain project work to allow them to put their skills into practice.
