The Corndel Diploma in Fundraising programme lasts 13 months, during which participants will develop new skills and put them into practice in their day-to-day work. 

Delivered by experts, our one-to-one coaching model offers transformation learning that will make a real-world impact. We match each participant to an experienced coach who will personally support learners throughout the programme, ensuring they can confidently apply their new fundraising skills.

Who is the programme for?

Candidates will typically already work in a fundraising role but want to develop their skills and knowledge and achieve a professional status – so that they can contribute more to their cause. The Diploma is designed to give fundraising professionals the skills they need to effectively plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns of all shapes and sizes – from individual giving to large donors and major gifts – significantly increasing charities’ return on investment.  

Designed for immediate application. 

We design and deliver group programmes which focus on your charity’s specific needs. Training is scheduled around your team’s day-to-day challenges and supports immediate and direct application of new skills and knowledge to their work. Cohorts are mixed, so that participants benefit from peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing.

Delivered by experts – one to one coaching is at the heart of the Corndel experience. We match each participant to an experienced fundraising coach who will personally support them throughout the programme, ensuring they confidently apply their new skills.

Majbritt Moulding

Majbritt is passionate about making a difference through fundraising and advocacy. After having worked for the last 22 years in the industry overseeing fundraising departments, she is now delighted to be working with Corndel to provide training and mentoring to fundraisers from around the country, enabling them to develop in their profession and achieve professional qualifications.

Helen Reed

Helen is a fundraising practitioner and leader with over 15 years of experience working across various third sector organisations. Their specialisms are in high value partnerships, innovation and fundraising leadership, but this is underpinned by a solo and small charity fundraiser background.

In addition to nearly a decade of experience in international development, Helen has also worked in the health and welfare and arts sectors. Justice and equity are always at the heart of the causes they are most passionate about, and they love working so that fundraising is aligned and supporting these principles.
Helen holds a Master’s in Charity Marketing and Fundraising from Bayes Business School.

Rachel Thomas

Rachel has worked in the charity sector since 2006. During that time, She has worked across Community, Events and Trusts fundraising. She has worked at large national health charities, local Hospices and an international NGO. Rachel has also organised fundraising events such as gala dinners, sponsored runs and walks, as well as supported individuals in aid of fundraising activities.

Rachel has very good listening skills and has used this skill while working with supporters and peers. She loves getting to know supporters and why they have chosen to support a charity. Rachel then uses this information to create a positive and fulfilling donor journey.

Darren has many achievements to be proud of, some of which include:

Increasing the poppy appeal income within Essex by over 500K in 3 years.
Helping over 100 individuals start new, meaningful careers and providing continuous support.
Providing welfare support to those living with Limb Difference to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
