Andy Chell is a leadership professional with a strong pedigree in turning around toxic organisations. Andy has worked as a Operations Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in manufacturing, education, sales, and marketing sectors. Andy is qualified with HNC Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Level 7 Leadership & Management, National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership and Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring.

Tina Tilmouth

Tina Tilmouth has over 30 years experience in education and health related fields including therapy work, teaching GCSE, A Level and Nursing Degrees before starting a new career in Psychotherapy where she ran a successful private practice working with police officers and private individuals. Tina is a published author of Safe Handling of Medicines course, the Registered Manager, NVQ 2 and 3 for Tribal Education and text books for Health and Social Care, Mental Health and Leadership and Management.

Lisa Barry

Lisa Barry is an Executive Coach, Business Psychologist and learning professional who has 15 years experience as Head of Learning and Development for a large UK charity. Lisa has lead a team of 16 people and has extensive experience in leadership development and coaching from a number of different perspectives, including developing and delivering content, supporting senior leaders to role model organisational values, developing internal coaches and coaching leaders at all levels of an organisation.
