For the Third Sector

Imperial College Business School and Corndel have formed a powerful new partnership to revolutionise leadership and management skills across the Third Sector in the UK. This new approach combines academic rigour with exceptional vocational training delivering tangible business impact, delivered by dedicated coaches who have Third Sector leadership experience. The programme can be entirely funded through the Apprenticeship Levy. 

The strategic partnership breaks down the silo between academic excellence and vocational training, giving a new generation of Third Sector leaders the opportunity to gain business school thinking, an understanding of management and an insight from other sectors regarding the skills required for today’s workplace.

Lisa has lead a team of 16 people and has extensive experience in leadership development and coaching from a number of different perspectives, including developing and delivering content, supporting senior leaders to role model organisational values, developing internal coaches and coaching leaders at all levels of an organisation.
