Our Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management develops the critical knowledge, skills and behaviours required of experienced managers. 

The programme builds effective managers who think critically about business challenges and nurture high performing teams. Underpinned by one-to-one executive coaching, the programme develops strategic management capabilities, leadership skills, self-awareness and communication skills.

Who is the programme for?

It is designed for high-potential managers who have 3-5 years of experience. They aspire to operate at a senior strategic level in their business. Candidates will already have management responsibilities but will want to further develop their leadership skills to support the next step in their careers. They should be committed to their professional development, keen to learn new skills, and open to the benefits of one-to-one coaching.

Delivered by experts – one to one coaching is at the heart of the Corndel experience. We match each participant to an experienced leadership coach who will personally support them throughout the programme, ensuring they confidently apply their new skills. 

Jerry Stokes

Jerry Stokes is a Leadership & Management coach with 24 years experience as Managing Director, Deputy Chief Executive and Operations Director in the skills & employment and health & social care fields. He has a background in education and social work. Qualified Coach Diploma in Professional Management.

Hannah Cook

Hannah Cook has 20+ years’ experience within various services in a Local Authority. She has worked as Varied roles Neighbourhood Manager and Senior Integrated Commissioning Manager. She is a coach and mentor enabling the highest levels of productivity and commitment to organisational strategy and vision.

Beth Hughes

Beth Hughes is an experienced leader, managing in both the Public and Private Sectors. Skilled in coaching, mentoring, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and project management. Beth has a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a PGCE in Business Education.

Chris Cooper

Chris Cooper has an IMI in Effective Management and Design and Delivery of Impactful Training. He has experience working in Debt Recovery, Automotive, IT & Tech and Education. He is passionate about meaningful coaching conversations.
