In 2016 the Government recognised a growing skills gap in the United Kingdom. We were falling behind the rest of world in three development areas; soft skills, data skills and tech skills. To support businesses in upskilling their workforce the Government introduced the Apprenticeship Levy. While the creation of the levy was essential for funding development programmes, there remained a missing piece.

Founded in 2016 to be a strategic solutions partner for your business, we design development programmes based on the demand and need of your workforce. Our mission is to bridge the skills gap in leadership, data, and tech skills with the best award-winning apprenticeship programmes in the market. Tailored to meet your needs, our experts and coaches deliver one-to-one workplace training, solving major challenges for the world’s largest organisations. 

Partnering with leading industry bodies such as DataIQ, we have looked closely at the vital importance of learning and development in driving data maturity and ensuring organisations reach the levels of data literacy fundamental for the modern world.

Our programmes are accredited and backed by world-class institutions – Imperial College and The Chartered Management Institute.  

In October 2022, we announced the launch of Corndel College London (CCL), an entirely new institution that will deliver a radical approach to traditional learning. CCL will launch Degree Apprenticeships in Spring 2023, followed by transformational degree programmes with built-in industry exposure from 2024. CCL’s degrees will enable organisations to attract, develop and retain high-performing talent.
