Robin Razzle at Mitie is a believer in lifelong learning.

At Mitie Energy, Robin saw the opportunity to take his role as a data analyst further. Joining our Data Analyst programme, he built the skills required to move from static reports to interactive dashboards that drive real decisions.

With the support of one-to-one coaching, Robin not only sharpened his technical expertise but also gained the confidence to show how data can deliver measurable impact – from more sustainable energy practices to meaningful cost reductions. His experience reflects what happens when professional growth meets business progress: people thrive, and organisations move forward.
