Curriculum

Builds strong foundations for project success by understanding how projects differ from business-as-usual and how to position them strategically. Begins with AI fundamentals, covering the history, landscape, and the role of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in modern project management. Explores project life cycles, appropriate approaches for various contexts, and guiding projects through reviews and assurance processes. Equips individuals to align projects with organisational goals, communicate their value clearly, and maintain project momentum.
