Unit 1: AI ethics & fundamentals

This module explores AI’s role in the workplace, ethical considerations, and the balance between innovation and responsible AI adoption. Learners will understand AI security, legislation, and best practices for implementation.

Unit 3: Copilot for email & communication

Learn how to harness AI to enhance communication, tailor messages for diverse audiences, and streamline collaboration across digital channels.

Unit 4: Copilot for documents and reporting

Improve workplace communication and document management using AI. This module teaches AI-powered techniques to enhance clarity, collaboration, and information sharing.

Unit 5: Supporting & training others in AI adoption

Develop the skills to champion AI adoption within your team. Learn how to train others, design AI-powered support solutions, and drive organisational change.

Unit 6: AI for collaboration & knowledge management

Dr Peter Baksh, who holds a PhD in Physics and PGCE in Education, brings industry-leading machine learning expertise from both government and private defence sectors, along with AWS and Microsoft certifications in AI and ML. As Data PDE, he leads global analytics programs while bringing proven expertise in scaling AI solutions. In addition to his education work at Corndel, he develops AI solutions, combining theoretical depth with practical implementation expertise.

Joe Watkins

Joe Watkins has PhD in Mathematics, BSc in Mathematics. Joe has 10 years lecturing and mentoring experience in Mathematics, and running Outreach programmes and sessions in STEM subjects. Joe has experience in the charitable and health sectors as a systems architect and data analyst.
