Corndel wins at the British Training Awards 2025
We’re proud to announce that Corndel has won the Not for Profit Initiative of the Year (in partnership with Hospice UK) award at the British Training Awards 2025.
This award celebrates the most impactful learning and development work across the UK. With over 360 entries, this year’s award recognised organisations delivering excellence in workplace skills training and development.
Winner: Not for Profit Initiative of the Year, in partnership with Hospice UK
In partnership with Hospice UK, this initiative has delivered a transformative impact through data skills development. Funded by over £1.17 million in gifted Apprenticeship Levy, we’ve provided fully funded training to 94 hospice professionals across 64 hospices, equipping frontline staff to lead with data and deliver more sustainable, person-centred care.
Significantly, 87% of participants are women, advancing gender representation in data and technology roles across the charity sector.
At Corndel, we’ve facilitated £6 million+ in Levy gifting, supporting UK charities to access world-class, business-critical skills training. This award recognises the power of collaboration to create a lasting impact.
This award is a celebration of our learners, our clients, our charitable partners and our brilliant team of 500+ Corndel employees. Thank you for helping us empower more than 32,500 professionals to thrive in their careers.
We remain committed to transforming the UK workforce through impactful, high-quality skills development. Our journey continues.
