Yesterday, the government published apprenticeship achievement rates for every provider in the country.
Corndel achieved 78.3% - the highest of any large provider in England, sitting 13 percentage points above the national average. Corndel continues to redefine the benchmark for success - increasing a further 3.4% points on last year’s leading result.
A result like this doesn’t happen by chance. It’s what happens when development is designed to deliver lasting change - for individuals, teams and organisations.

Corndel partnered with leading facilities management company Mitie to skill 100s in AI. In partnership with Imperial Executive Education and supported by Microsoft, together we are reshaping how people work.
In just three months:
- 85% say AI has revolutionised their experience with work
- 100% report time savings
- 92% now use AI daily, compared to 11% pre-programme
- 85% feel freed up for more strategic work
Learners have digitised manual processes, automated reporting, improved compliance checks and created live dashboards that remove days of effort. With 98% starting with no formal AI training, the results show how quickly confidence and capability grow when AI learning is practical, coached and embedded in workflow.
