Curriculum

Builds greater self-awareness and confidence as a leader. Reflects on mindset, learning preferences and personal brand while exploring tools such as 360 feedback and SWOT analysis. Develops AI literacy and practical LLM skills relevant to the workplace as well as strategies for emotional intelligence, wellbeing, time management and tackling imposter syndrome. By the end, participants will have a clear personal development plan to guide their growth.
