Our first available apprenticeship unit is AI Strategy and Opportunity.
The leaders most suited to this programme are senior strategists, functional leaders and decision-makers with genuine influence on where, when and how to invest in AI.
This isn't for technical AI specialists or practitioners. Nor is it for operational managers or team leads whose main focus is to implement in-flight AI-driven initiatives.
This is for leaders who are determining what the strategy should be. Leaders with the autonomy to translate organisational ambition into an actionable plan.

Curriculum: AI Strategy and Opportunity
Weeks 1-2
The AI opportunity is real. So is the risk of getting it wrong. Leaders build a clear, leadership-level understanding of what AI can and cannot do, where the real opportunities sit, and the risks that matter. Enabling them to tell a genuine opportunity from an expensive distraction and identify the viable bet.
Learn: AI capabilities and their limits; the benefits, risks and ethics of adoption; the impact on people and culture.
Apply: Leaders take an opportunity from their own organisation and build the case for it (with AI) in a live session.
