Lisa Harty

Lisa Harty has 15+ years extensive experience in data science across the Telco and Credit Risk industry. Women in Credit Awards 2020 Winner: Outstanding Returner. As an accomplished leader and people manager, Lisa is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and championing STEM events within our communities to inspire future generations. Lisa has a BSc (Hons) Computational Mathematics and Postgraduate Certificate Actuarial Science.

Guro Rogstad

Occupational psychologist, coach and PRINCE2 certified project manager with a successful consultancy background and over 15 years’ experience in learning and development. At an organisational level, she uses her structured and evidence-based approach to understand core issues and unlock new ways of working. As a coach, Guro uses personality assessments and mindfulness to enhance personal insight and growth. Professional background and experience Guro is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and ICF certified coach with over 15 years’ experience in developing leaders and managers. She has worked as a psychologist in Ministry of Defence Head Office, where she worked with data teams to improve evidence-based policy making across the department. She was also in National School of Government, and later worked as a management consultant, designing and delivering large talent and development programmes to Grade 7 and SCS and to senior leaders in the private sector. She has successfully facilitated complex stakeholder management relationships in large organisations and delivered empirically-based and change initiatives. Guro is currently designing and delivering a year long leadership programme for OPSS. With a strength in strategic thinking, Guro uses her structured and evidence-based approach to understand core issues within organisations and to unlock new ways of working. She has worked extensively with engineers, military personnel, retail staff and public servants and regularly uses psychometric assessments to enhance individuals’ growth and drive change across businesses. She combines mindfulness exercises and personality assessments in her coaching to facilitate personal growth and insight.

Andy Chell

Andy Chell is a leadership professional with a strong pedigree in turning around toxic organisations. Andy has worked as a Operations Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in manufacturing, education, sales, and marketing sectors. Andy is qualified with HNC Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Level 7 Leadership & Management, National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership and Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring.
