Tailored to your business

"I have been impressed by the flexibility Corndel has been able to provide. They include Phoenix terminology and methodology alongside the standard thinking to provide business context. This has also enabled us to involve Phoenix business leaders within the course to talk about how we manage projects internally. This approach has been popular with our course delegates as it means they are not only learning the “theory” but also how this is applied in practice within the Phoenix Project Portfolio.”
