Corndel’s Workplace Training Report 2025 reveals a stark gap: while 97% of organisations say they offer AI training, only 39% of employees state receiving AI-specific training. Consequentially, as shown in research by Microsoft & LinkedIn, employees are taking things into their own hands. 78% of AI users are bringing their own tools to work missing out on the benefits that come from strategic AI use at scale and putting company data at risk. Without structured AI training, businesses risk falling behind as employees struggle to harness AI’s full potential.

The AI Academy offers four programmes:

  • LEAD: Strategic AI Leadership – Designed for leaders this commercially funded programme develops knowledge of AI’s business impact and enables AI-led transformation.
  • BUILD: AI Engineer – in partnership with Imperial College London and supported by Microsoft. Deep technical knowledge in AI, machine learning, and data engineering equips participants to design and deploy AI-driven solutions.
  • TRANSFORM: AI Changemaker – in partnership with Imperial College London and supported by Microsoft. This programme empowers professionals responsible for AI adoption and business change, helping them integrate AI solutions seamlessly within organisations.
  • ADOPT: AI Productivity Champion –in partnership with Imperial College London and supported by Microsoft. Employees develop the expertise to leverage AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, to enhance workplace productivity.
