At Corndel, we maximise professional potential through transformational learning, that delivers measurable impact. Over the past eight years, we have partnered with the UK’s largest employers across the private, public and third sectors to empower their workforce and drive organisational success.

In newly published government data, Corndel achieved the highest Qualification Achievement Rate (QAR) in the country among the top 20 apprenticeship providers for the 2023–24 academic year.1 This milestone cements our position as a sector leader in training excellence across the UK. Key highlights from the newly released government data include:

#1 Ranking: We ranked first among the 20 largest apprenticeship providers in the UK.2

Highest achievement rate: We attained a 74.9% QAR for 2023–24 academic year, the highest achievement rates out of the top largest providers by number of leavers and +14 percentage points above the national average.3 Additionally, 78% of our learners achieved a distinction in 2023-24.

Across-the-board improvement: Our learners achieve above national benchmarks in every programme. With achievement rates rising year-over-year in every apprenticeship standard we deliver, each surpassed its national average for 2023–24.

Unmatched scale: We are delivering quality at a scale unmatched by any other provider in the industry. Corndel supported over 3,500 learners to complete their apprenticeships in 2023–24.

Our programmes prioritise learners from start to finish – from a rigorous, relevant curriculum to one-on-one expert coaching from our Professional Development Experts, creating measurable impact within organisations and significant personal growth for individuals and their teams:
