Grace Mosuro is a Professional Development Expert on our Corndel Leadership and Management programmes. Grace is a retail specialist, so works with our retail clients. She started her career in retail recruitment at Michael Page, establishing the very successful retail recruitment desk, supporting client with Operational and Head office roles. She credits this role with her detailed understanding of the retail environment.
Grace moved into the ‘welfare to work’ space, supporting disadvantaged people into work in retail and here is where she gained her coaching experience. She managed the regional employer services team across London and the South East, moving into a stakeholder engagement role.
