1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer / It Helpdesk and Tech Admin

Location: Home and London Office based
Salary: £25k per annum, pro-rated for the contract
Full-time, 3-month contract

Role: Corndel has is recruiting for a 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Helpdesk and Tech Admin, on a three-month contract, with a possibility to extend or to make to a permanent position.  Excellent troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills are required for IT Helpdesk and Tech admin work within a young, growing and fast paced company delivering apprenticeship levy training based in Kentish Town.

Internal Quality Assurer

Pension, Unlimited leave, Flexible working
Location: Home based
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (FTE) dependent on experience. 3-month contract, with the possibility of a FTE position at the end of contract

Role:  To ensure Corndel continues to abide by the rules and regulations of our awarding bodies and the ESFA, we are seeking an Invigilator. Corndel are seeking to recruit a methodical, organised and efficient individual to join the team in this role.

The Invigilator will play a pivotal role in Corndel’s administration, management and implementation of invigilation nationwide. With excellent attention to detail, you will manage and organise all aspects of invigilation in accordance with awarding bodies’ regulations and guidance.

The successful candidate will have some knowledge of conducting public invigilation, demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have strong communication and collaborative skills.
