Upon completing the Business Professional Diploma, employees will have the skills to:

  • Work effectively and flexibly to deliver impact across a range of different projects and business areas
  • Make good business decisions based on sound reasoning
  • Build positive professional relationships with the ability to influence and challenge appropriately
  • Communicate professionally using a range of platforms
  • Use relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor and report.

New or existing staff working in any role and any business function where core business skills are required.

  • Handle data responsibly within legal and ethical frameworks;
  • Manipulate data, performing simple ad-hoc analysis;
