Unit 1: Understanding AI and its impact

  • Appreciate how AI works and apply the implications of this to decision-making around use of AI tools 
  • Experiment with AI tools already approved for use in your organisation 

Unit 2: Bringing AI into the context of your organisation

  • Identify the potential for AI to solve business challenges 
  • Evaluate and discuss AI tools and use cases in the context of organisational culture and business objectives 

Unit 3: Critically appraising AI tools and uses

  • Critically appraise the opportunities presented by human/machine teaming to maximise benefits and minimise risks 
  • Apply ethical considerations to AI use cases 

Unit 4: Leading rapid evolutionary change

  • Apply the principles of adaptive leadership to technological transformation 
  • Explore how to leverage AI-driven time savings across your organisation 

Unit 5: Leading engagement and development in the age of AI

  • Accelerate the technology adoption curve through appropriate engagement 
  • Lead and develop a team that is equipped and confident to work in the context of human/machine teaming 
  • Consider the organisation’s skills needs in light of human/machine teaming and plan accordingly

Dr. Peter Baksh

Dr Peter Baksh, who holds a PhD in Physics and PGCE in Education, brings industry-leading machine learning expertise from both government and private defence sectors, along with AWS and Microsoft certifications in AI and ML. As Data PDE, he leads global analytics programs while bringing proven expertise in scaling AI solutions. In addition to his education work at Corndel, he develops AI solutions, combining theoretical depth with practical implementation expertise.

Sam Taylor​

An innovative results-driven certified Project Manager and qualified coach. Samantha is passionate about the development and empowerment of others and is a driving factor behind creating innovative and engaging workshops and encourages an empowered growth mindset in her coaching style.

Alice Cooper

Alice Cooper is an accomplished learning and development specialist with a keen interest in the evolving intersection of leadership and artificial intelligence. Drawing on her extensive expertise in leadership training, coaching and programme design, she creates engaging learning experiences through innovative digital tools. Alice excels at crafting bespoke learning content that addresses specific client needs, ensuring meaningful professional development outcomes.

Wakil Sarfaraz

Wakil Sarfaraz is data-scientist with BSc Mathematics (University of Sussex), MSc Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing (University of Oxford) and a PhD Mathematical Modelling and Computational Biology (University of Sussex). Wakil has experiene working in Cancer and Genomics, Gene Therapeutics, Analytics and Product Development. His greatest strengths are communication, problem-solving and flexibilty.

Joe Watkins

Joe Watkins has PhD in Mathematics, BSc in Mathematics. Joe has 10 years lecturing and mentoring experience in Mathematics, and running Outreach programmes and sessions in STEM subjects. Joe has experience in the charitable and health sectors as a systems architect and data analyst.
