Guro Rogstad

Occupational psychologist, coach and PRINCE2 certified project manager with a successful consultancy background and over 15 years’ experience in learning and development. At an organisational level, she uses her structured and evidence-based approach to understand core issues and unlock new ways of working. As a coach, Guro uses personality assessments and mindfulness to enhance personal insight and growth.

Alice McGeever

Alice gained the majority of her learning and development experience in the automotive and finance industries, delivering training, coaching and consultancy. She has delivered programmes both face-to-face and virtually, and prides herself on utilising digital tools to provide the most engaging learning experiences. During her time with Corndel, Alice has been responsible for the development of the new Business Administration apprenticeship, from initial conception to delivery. This programme was designed specifically for school leavers and young professionals, with the intention to impart the business-critical skills needed to become a well-rounded member of staff.
