Lisa Pinfield, Head of Development Programmes, Capita

Capita has been working with Corndel for almost a year now and 450 Capita colleagues have benefited from joining their programmes. This year we have enrolled 100 learners onto the Level 4 Diploma in Project Management. The programme has been seamlessly adapted to 100% virtual delivery of workshops, and the personalised one-to-one coaching, a feature of all Corndel courses, is proving to be more valuable than ever.
This highly practical programme, which is tailored to Capita, is already building learners’ confidence in formalising their approach to and management of a range of projects. I would highly recommend the programme to those looking to scale-up project management capability at such a critical time. ”

Sian Powell, Delivery Support Manager, Phoenix Group

I have been impressed by the flexibility Corndel has been able to provide. They include Phoenix terminology and methodology alongside the standard thinking to provide business context. This has also enabled us to involve Phoenix business leaders within the course to talk about how we manage projects internally. This approach has been popular with our course delegates as it means they are not only learning the “theory” but also how this is applied in practice within the Phoenix Project Portfolio.”

Jayne James, Capability Development Manager, Royal Mail

The highest level of professional support. Nothing is too difficult and they are always on hand to help with any of the challenges that may arise when working with a large team based across the country.”

Danielle Verge, HR Director, Aliaxis

Working with Corndel over the past 2.5 years we have seen the language change throughout our organisation. Our people reference tools and frameworks when they discuss business challenges and conversations are inquisitive and directly linked to our business strategy. Corndel are a pleasure to work with. Everyone wants to do a great job and is qualified to do a great job. This is a highly effective partnership.”

Richard Glasson, CEO, Hogarth

This is a really important initiative for Hogarth. It’s important that we carry on with the programme during these times. The course content is strong, the programme is valuable and I’m looking forward to seeing the impact is has. Thank you to Corndel for turning this around and enabling us to launch this virtually.”
