Our Level 3 Diploma in Management is a performance-focussed programme aligned to the Team Leader / Supervisor apprenticeship standard.
For mid-to-senior managers
Our Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management develops high potential managers, and aligns to the Operations / Departmental Manager apprenticeship standard.
For senior leaders
Our Level 7 programme is delivered in partnership with Imperial College Business School. This course develops ambitious managers into confident leaders.

In partnership with 

Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership and Management learners graduate with a Chartered Manager status from the CMI. Those who complete the Level 7 programme are awarded Chartered Fellow status.

All managers completing the Level 7 Executive Development Programme will be entitled to Associate Alumni status with Imperial College’s Business School. Find out more

This means you can use your Apprenticeship Levy to invest in coaching and personal development for your managers. Corndel is regulated by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and Ofsted.
