corndel advance

Building data-driven organisations

We work with data-led organisations, and organisations embarking on this transformation, to ensure leaders, managers and technical teams are equipped with the skills to use data to make better decisions.

Our programmes are bespoke and outcomes driven. The subject matter can cover a range of areas including:

  • Data for non-technical roles
  • Data literacy
  • Data management
  • Communicating and storytelling with data
  • Data visualisation
  • Democratising data and compliance
  • Programme languages

Data programmes

Examples of programmes we have created include:

  • A series of masterclasses to equip executive team to lead in a data rich world, for a large UK retailer.
  • A 16-week bootcamp for a digital recruitment company that equips Data Analysts with the necessary skills to make an impact quickly.
  • Specialised programmes focusing on specific data challenges such as data storytelling and democratisation of data, for a range of FTSE 100 companies.

A consultative approach

We work in partnership with the L&D or HR Lead and your Data teams to develop bespoke programmes that address the needs of that organisation. We take a conversational approach to listen to your issues, challenges, and strategies around creating a data-led culture. We provide the best solution for your needs, share feedback throughout the programme and provide evidence-based measurements of success. Our approach is designed around Corndel doing the heavy-lifting.

Our productS

Blending for maximum impact

Our programmes combine a blend of unique curriculum resources, created by our in-house team, with our Executive coaching model. The highest degree of importance is place on application.
Our in-house team of pedagogical experts design the content of the programme to align to the organisational objectives. They work closely with our Data Advisory Board to ensure application is practical and business requirements led.
Our Data Coaches have all held senior Data Scientist or Data Analytics roles within FTSE 100 organisations. We ensure clients are matched with dedicated coaches who will typically have worked within their industry. For non-technical employee programmes, we supplement our Data coaches with Leadership coaches, to bring the two skillsets together.
We offer a combination of one-to-one coaching, group workshops and masterclasses, espresso webinars and bootcamps. This can be delivered in-person, remotely or a hybrid. During the scoping stage we will agree the best ways to deliver the programme, such that learnings can be immediately applied in the workplace.
