After graduating from Cambridge with a BA in Philosophy, Sean spent a decade developing and delivering scaled workforce employment programmes. Prior to Corndel Sean was Development Director at Serco followed by MD, Contact, Employment and Resourcing Solutions at G4S.

Mushall Khan

Chief Operating Officer

Mushall has spent over twenty years delivering apprenticeship and learning programmes. Prior to Corndel, Mushall was Managing Director at CareTech and Director of Apprenticeships at Capita Talent Partnerships. Mushall takes overall responsibility for Corndel’s operations.

James Kelly

Corporate Development Director

With over 20 years’ experience in professional services consulting at PwC, IBM and Deloitte, James leads on working with employers to understand how Corndel can maximise the value their organisation can realise from the Apprenticeship Levy.

Sam Brandman

Chief Financial Officer

After leaving Imperial College with a First in Physics, Sam qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG before taking a strategic development role at Centrica. Sam leads our finance function and helping us manage our expansion, risk and financial SFA regulatory compliance.

Richard Alberg

Chief Technology Officer

Richard brings thirty years L&D experience to Corndel. He founded PSL, a leading firm of occupational psychologists and technologists that developed staff assessment solutions and is now part of IBM. He then founded MWS Technology. Richard is chair of North Hertfordshire College and on the board of several other organisations.

Shezan Hirjee

Director of Learning

Having graduated from Cambridge in Economics with a BA in Management Studies, Shezan obtained his PGCE at UCL’s Institute of Education, specialising in Economics and Business Education. Shezan leads on curriculum development to deliver an excellent learner and employer experience
